Meditation

Meditation hands from PixabayOur meditation classes are designed to teach and practice mindfulness and insight meditation based on Buddhist teachings. The classes are a combination of meditation and teachings. The meditation classes are open to both beginners and advanced meditators. Buddhist monks lead the meditation based on Buddhist techniques. All traditions are welcome.

Meditation is universal. Everyone benefits regardless of past or present tradition or culture. All are welcome to the meditation classes.

All our classes are based on donations. Metta meditation Center operates on donations from regular participants.

If you are a newcomer to the meditation classes, please plan to be there 15 minutes before the meditation begins.
