This is the Triple Gem Residential Meditation Retreat in Winter. This time thyme is ” Self Love”. Bhante Sati will lead this meditation retreat by discussing the Buddha’s teachings and practices on purifying the mind. These teachings offer insight and methods on how to purify the mind and support one to live a healthy and peaceful lifestyle with self-love. Bhante Sathi will be leading this retreat with some unique Buddhist teqniqs.

5:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.: Open meditation, mindfulness practice and guided discussion
9:00 p.m.- 12:00 a.m.: Sitting and walking meditation
8:00 a.m.: Breakfast
9:00 a.m.: Chanting and discussion on new year resolutions

This multi-week course will primarily focuses on Vipassana techniques sourced directly from the Buddhist Sutras. The instructor, Bhante Kamala believes this path will arm every sentient being against life’s different challenges.
