This is the Triple Gem Residential Meditation Retreat in Winter. This time theme is “New Year with a New Beginning with Life”.
Bhante Sati will lead this meditation retreat by discussing the Buddha’s teachings and practices on purifying the mind. These teachings offer insight and methods on how to purify the mind and support one to live a healthy and peaceful lifestyle.
This retreat is specially designed for animal advocates of all stages and backgrounds to better themselves in their advocacy.
Whether to help guide animal advocates through compassion fatigue & burnout, to learn about sustainable activism and to better manage feelings of anger & frustration, or to just de-stress and network with other advocates.
This multi-week course will primarily focuses on Vipassana techniques sourced directly from the Buddhist Sutras. The instructor, Bhante Kamala believes this path will arm every sentient being against life’s different challenges.
