Mindfulness for Insightful Tranquillity (Sep 28-Oct 1st/2023)
September 28 - Oct 1st 2023 (Thursday 5:00 PM to Sunday 3:00 PM) "Mindfulness for Insightful Tranquility" is a 3-day retreat that will focus on the development of mindfulness and self-awareness through the practice of insight meditation. This retreat will include a combination of guided meditations and practice instructions from Buddhist teachings.
